By using our Services or submitting your information, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect

Information from third parties
- Publicly available business information, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings and search rankings, which we review to prepare audits and reports.
- Data from platforms you connect to our Services, such as Google, advertising accounts, or booking and CRM tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Prepare and deliver your free Google Business Profile audit.
- Provide, manage and improve our Services, including Google Business Profile management, local SEO, reviews, advertising, website and lead tracking work.
- Send account and service messages, such as audit results, onboarding steps, monthly reports, billing notices and appointment reminders.
- Send marketing emails and SMS only when you have given the consent required by law (see Sections 4 and 5).
- Respond to your questions and support requests, usually within 1 business day.
- Measure the performance of our website, emails and campaigns.
- Process payments and keep business records.
- Prevent fraud, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations, court orders and carrier or platform rules.
We do not use your information for any purpose that is incompatible with the reason you gave it to us without telling you first.
4. Email Marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in, such as by checking an unchecked consent box on our website, requesting a free audit and agreeing to receive updates, or asking to join our list. Consent is never pre-checked.
What you may receive: local SEO and Google Business Profile tips, service updates, offers, case studies, event invitations and newsletters. Frequency varies.
Our commitments under the CAN-SPAM Act:
- Every marketing email identifies Three Points Social, LLC as the sender and uses accurate "From," "Reply-To" and subject lines.
- Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address: 14261 SW 120th St Suite 108-373, Miami, FL 33186.
- Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link.
- We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and in all cases within 10 business days.
- We never sell, rent or transfer your email address to anyone else for their marketing.
How to unsubscribe: click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or email sales@threepointssocial.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional or relationship messages, such as audit results, reports, invoices and important account notices, while you are a client.
5. SMS / Text Messaging
We send marketing text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent, as required by the TCPA and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
How you consent: by entering your mobile number and checking an unchecked SMS consent box on our website or forms, by texting a keyword to our number, or by signing a written or electronic agreement. We keep a record of the date, time, source and consent wording.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any Service or receive a free audit.
What you may receive: marketing and promotional messages (offers, tips, audit invitations) and, separately, service messages (appointment reminders, audit updates, report notices and support replies). We may use automated technology to send them.
Program details:
- Message frequency varies. We aim for no more than 3 messages in any 24-hour period on the same subject.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- We send messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
- Messages may be sent in English or Spanish.
How to opt out: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further marketing texts will be sent. You may also opt out by any other reasonable method, such as emailing sales@threepointssocial.com or calling +1 (305) 219-5779. We process opt-outs promptly and in all cases within 10 business days.
How to get help: reply HELP to any message, email sales@threepointssocial.com, or call +1 (305) 219-5779.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us send messages (such as our SMS platform), and only to deliver the Services.
If you change or cancel your mobile number, please opt out or notify us so messages do not reach the next owner of that number.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers that work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as email and SMS platforms, payment processors, hosting, analytics, call tracking, CRM and scheduling tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Platforms you ask us to manage, such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, directories and review sites, to the extent needed to perform the work you hired us for.
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, subpoenas or court orders, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Three Points, our clients or others.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent, such as when you approve a testimonial or case study that names your business.
SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described above, as stated in Section 5.
7. Cookies, Retention and Security
Cookies and tracking. Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Data retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Records of email and SMS consent and opt-outs are kept for at least 5 years so we can prove compliance and honor your choices.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access, to protect your information. Account access you grant us (for example, Google Business Profile manager access) is used only for the agreed work. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.
8. Your Privacy Rights
All users may, at any time, opt out of marketing emails and texts (Sections 4 and 5), and ask us to update or correct their contact information.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, and where a state privacy law applies to us, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do not sell personal information).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not send marketing messages to anyone we know is under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website and emails may link to other sites, such as Google or client websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on our website. We will not use your information in a materially different way than described here without your consent where the law requires it.
